LESSON CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel a lesson, our office MUST be notified by phone, 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time to be eligible to reschedule.
-IMPORTANT-
We do not reschedule 'no-shows' and last minute cancellations. (not eligible for make up lessons)
We do not schedule make-up lessons or credit your account if the cancellations occured on the day of the scheduled lesson.
No-shows and late cancellations are charged the same rate as regular lessons .
Sickness or Family Emergency:
Please call before 12PM on the day of the lesson
in order to be eligible to receive a make up lesson.
If TK Music must cancel your lesson due to inclement weather or teacher's sickness, you will receive a phone call from our office.
These lessons will be made up promptly.
TK MUSIC is open to students by appointment ONLY.

PARKING INFORMATION:
Parking for TK I
(558 Kingsland St) is available on Joerg Ave (2 hr street parking) & in the parking lot next to the medical building.
Parking for TK II
(211 Darling Ave) is available in front (street parking) & in the parking lot at the side of the building, and behind the building .
OPERATING HOURS:
Monday-Friday: 12:30 PM - 8 PM Saturdays: 10 AM - 4 PM
Sundays: CLOSED
